Sales Procedure

When a share becomes available for sale information about is posted here and on the Diggers and Dreamers website.  Prospective members are invited to make an initial informal visit to gain a real understanding of the practicalities of  co-housing and about what living at Dol-llys in particular involves . Those wishing to go to the next stage submit a written application and take part in a wood day or work day.  After meeting existing members and experiencing the practical side of life here the final step is a formal meeting which is a two way interview between existing and prospective members. The secretary writes to inform prospective members if they have been approved by the current members.

The website www.llanidloes.com gives lots of useful information about visiting and staying in the area. Previous visitors have particularly recommended Coach & Horses B&B and the self catering cottage at 5 Westgate Street in Llanidloes. Dol-llys Farm campsite is just along the Oakley Park Road from Dol-llys Hall.
